15th
Last night I got out of my hibernation mode and went out once again to have another amazing night. After working I was really tired, but I just felt like getting out of my house again and just doing something. I met Curt and his friend Tito at Bj’s to get a drink and then went to bowl a couple games at Stars and then headed to the bar Tj’s….. Then Mels…. Then the marina…. lol… It was a ton of fun and I am so happy I went out… I bowled awful but laughed so much I didn’t even care…. Luckily no one was as drunk as I was because Tito got to drive my car home for me at 4:30 am… I really hate leaving my car somewhere all night….. bleh.
Today I am going on a hike with my mom and then going to dinner with my old roommate/best friend Dakota. I am so excited. I just feel like I am getting my life back right now and I don’t know how everything just got better all at once. It makes absolutely no sense and I love it. I love having a smile on my face and being so happy…
I read all my Devil Pups letters today that were sent to me while I was at bootcamp like 5 or 6 years ago and I must admit, that was such a good feeling. Btw, it was Jason who made the picture of me in combat boots, not Buddy I think. lol. FUNNY. In my letters my mom told me how strong I am and how proud she is of me. I guess that is what life is all about though…. Being who you are and it’s just a plus when people recognize the good qualities you possess.
